Healthy Diet Plan for Kids

It is very important for a school aged kid to follow a healthy diet plan. Healthy eating is a guarantee of his success at school.

So the basic rules of healthy nutrition for children and teens

- Nutrition should be as diverse as possible.
- Kids should eat 4-5 times a day (every 3-3.5 hours). Optimally, if in the same time.
