Baby sleep is one of the most popular topics all moms are interested in. And no wonder, all moms want their kids to grow healthy and happy, and a sound sleep is a guarantee of their child's wellness.

A newborn spends almost all his time sleeping and wakes up just to eat, so his sleep lasts about 20 hours a day. As a baby grows, his sleep time gradually shortens. Usually the first periods of wakefulness are in the early evening. Then the baby will wake up in a different time of the day. Eventually individual schedule of the day is developed for each child, and he consistently follows it waking up at the same time.
